Since EZDrummer doesn't come with mapping functionality like Superior, you'll have to set up a custom drum map in FL Studio if it has this function.

#Midi mapping fl studio how to
are there any good sites that will help me to learn how to map the controller to run my Kits in EZDrummer, working within FL Studio? I imagine this to be a lengthy process and cant expect one of you amazing people to actually give me a step by step tutorial. I got rid of the controller because I didnt have an interface yet so it was useless.īut my main reason for this post. I only have one USB cable at the moment, so Id have to unplug my inrterface to use the controller, but when I use the controller, if I dont have the interface hooked up, Im going to have some latency, arent I? I havent even tried to set up the midi controller yet, but I just remember the last time i attempted to enter the realm of Midi Controllers, i didnt have an interface, and I did have latency. Now, I have an M-Audio usb MobilePre interface. im having a hard time finding the information that I need, so I came to trusty ole HR.com.the controller actually came with the drivers too. I write a lot of heavy metal, so using the piano roll and step sequencer, it doesnt always come out very humanized. Id like to actually use the controller to control EZDrummer in FL Studio so I can make some loops in real-time. Picked up an m-audio Oxygen25 midi controller as a tip from a customer ( I run a moving company and bought it with the tip I was given, so it was pretty much free).
